Terry McCaffrey
I am a Denver native, who grew up in the Southeast part of town. I graduated from Denver University in 1988 with a degree in Business Administration. I have had my real estate license since 2005, but was investing in real estate long before then. By 2005, I owned 14 rental units in the Denver and Pueblo area. Before going into real estate full time, I was in the restaurant business. I owned and operated 3 successful restaurants named Angie’s, with my cousins and uncle (which my cousins still own and operate today), from 1998 to 2001. After selling my share, I launched a career as a food salesman; where I became #1 in the country, for the company. I accomplished this while continually pursuing my ultimate passion of real estate. Once I obtained my license, I quickly realized that real estate was my true calling. Even going through the worst real estate recession on record, I never wavered in my choice to do real estate full time. Virtually 100% of my business comes from referrals of past clients, friends and family. And those referrals have enabled me to be in the top 2% in production, out of 520 agents at Your Castle Real Estate. There is no bigger compliment for me, than a referral; because it means that I am continually exceeding the expectations of every client I work with.

After 17 years of buying, selling, and managing investment real estate, I made the decision to commit 100% of my time to real estate by partnering with my brother in buying and selling residential and investment property through Your Castle Real Estate. My areas of focus are centered around two areas: 1.
